Return Process:

  • Contact MysteryNest Customer Support and provide your order number along with photos of the item.
  • Once approved, we will provide the return address and further instructions.
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Fees:

  • If the return is due to a quality issue or a shipping error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return

  • If the exchange is due to a quality issue or a shipping error, we will cover the shipping costs.
  • If the exchange is due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
